System Upgrades
Often people can't figure out why their system is not performing as good as they wished. Other times people don't even realize their system could use an upgrade because their ears have become numb to an inadequate system. This is more often the situation. This is one of Pro South's fortes. In several applications, Pro South AVS has upgraded old systems as well as (believe it or not) new systems. Evaluating the perfect and appropriate upgrade requires a great deal of experience. Understanding the old equipment and how it can integrate with new upgrades, is more than beneficial when upgrading existing systems. In most situations, budget is the concern. Pro South AVS will re-design your system using as much of the old equipment as logically possible in order to save you money, but making the system work to its highest optimal performance.

System Calibrations & Fine-Tuning
Pro South AVS will always consider the first option of simply a calibration of your system. Sometimes people don't understand the quality of their system. Sometimes that is all that is needed. Pro South AVS has several clients that have great systems, but just do not know how to set them up or operate them to their highest potential. A session of tutoring can sometimes be a drastic improvement to some systems. Pro South AVS also has calibrated or fine-tuned systems with such incredible results, that coworkers of our client think a new system was installed.

Evaluations
This is the first step to all solutions. Whether your system is to be installed or if it's a calibration of your existing system, Pro South AVS will make an initial visit to evaluate the design and purpose of your system. This is a free evaluation unless the location is out of town. Evaluations will determine the next step of the process. On the spot, Pro South AVS will give you ideas and options and ask many questions regarding your expectations of the system. In just a couple days, Pro South AVS will provide a proposal. Pro South AVS will then discuss the proposal in specific details. Upon the final approval, the equipment will be ordered and a date set to begin the work.

Maintenance & Management Plans
Pro South AVS offers service that keeps your system operating at its highest quality. MAINTENANCE PLANS consist of monthly visits that include basic testing of your system. Should the need for cable replacements or other minor fixes, Pro South AVS will include the expenses (upon approval) on the Monthly Maintenance Plan Invoice. This plan ranges from $75-$150 depending on location. If you are out of town, the cost will increase. MANAGEMEN PLANS are slightly different from Maintenance Plans. Similarly, Pro Sough AVS will pay monthly visits to do basic testing of you system. However, if minor cables or accessories are needed to repair minor fixes, those are worked into the monthly plan.
